These terms apply to affiliates who promote Subtriva using tracking links supplied by Lemon Squeezy.

1. Program Overview
The Subtriva affiliate program is administered through Lemon Squeezy’s affiliate platform at https://subtriva.lemonsqueezy.com/affiliates. Participation is subject to Lemon Squeezy’s platform terms and any commission rate, attribution period, payout threshold, and eligibility rules shown in your affiliate account. A “Earn 25%” marketing badge must be kept accurate and removed if the program terms change.
Applying or clicking the affiliate link does not guarantee acceptance. The platform may set or change the tracking and attribution window; Subtriva does not promise a specific 30-day attribution period unless Lemon Squeezy confirms that setting.
2. Disclosure and Advertising
Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with Subtriva in a visible, understandable manner wherever they promote an affiliate link, in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement rules. A disclosure should appear near the recommendation or link, not only in a profile, footer, or separate policy page.
Affiliates must make honest, substantiated statements and must not claim guaranteed savings, legal compliance, insurance approval, or product capabilities that Subtriva does not offer.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive ads, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake leads, self-referrals where prohibited, trademark bidding without written permission, domain or social handles that impersonate Subtriva, malware, phishing, or any unlawful or abusive traffic practice.
Affiliates must comply with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, email, and platform rules, and must not collect or transmit sensitive personal information through affiliate links.
4. Tracking, Cookies, and Privacy
The landing site may load Lemon Squeezy’s affiliate tracking script to attribute referrals and commissions. The script may store or read identifiers or cookies according to the provider’s implementation. The affiliate tracking script is not end-to-end encryption and does not secure customer documents.
Affiliate tracking is subject to browser settings, consent requirements, ad blockers, provider availability, and the visitor’s device. We cannot guarantee that every referral will be attributed. Affiliates and Subtriva must follow applicable privacy and cookie-notice requirements.
5. Commissions and Payouts
Commission rates, qualifying transactions, attribution window, reversals, minimum payout, currency, and payment schedule are controlled by the affiliate program terms shown in Lemon Squeezy. Commissions may be denied or reversed for refunds, fraud, chargebacks, self-referrals, or policy violations as permitted by those terms.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and any required business registrations. The payment provider may request tax and identity information before paying commissions.
6. Suspension and Termination
Subtriva or Lemon Squeezy may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for suspected fraud, non-compliant promotion, or violation of program terms. Upon termination, affiliates must stop using tracking links and remove Subtriva marks and promotional claims. Any earned commission will be handled under the provider’s program terms.
7. Changes to Affiliate Terms
The affiliate program terms may change. Current commission and attribution settings are the terms visible in the affiliate dashboard and checkout platform, not an unverified marketing statement on this page.
